A message from the current owner

The size - it's almost twice the size of similar properties we looked at when we were buying with a huge master bedroom that easily fit our super king bed. The light - even on very gloomy days it's bright in the living room, but on roasting hot days it stays cool in the front room. The outdoor space - the pocket garden next door is a public space but it's rarely used so it was like having our own garden for free. Lots of fruit and veg is grown in there too! The parks - quiet Belair park, beautiful Dulwich park, leafy walks in Sydenham Hill Woods. The transport connections - there is a bus that stops by the door if you wave it and goes to Brixton. West Norwood, West Dulwich, and Gipsy Hill give you access to Victoria, London Bridge, Brixton, and Clapham in minutes. The location - 2 min to the coffee shop; 4m pub; 6 to tesco, butcher/green grocery, wine shop, dry cleaners, Cook, and restaurants/cafes; 10 min to cinema, B&Q, shops, etc on the high street.
