This is a really great, leafy, quiet, sunny and light place to live with easy access to everything. The gorgeous park is a 5min walk and via there you can go into cute Dulwich Village. Great pubs like the Great Exhibition and Watsons General Telegraph are a walk away, along with the Dulwich Beer Dispensary. All the pubs and great restaurants of East Dulwich are a 20min walk or 5-10mins bus. Lots of buses into town or to Forest Hill and Sydenham. The Horniman is round the corner & has a Sunday market. There's free residents weekend access to the gym and pool in East Dulwich and there are lots of classes and sports facilities nearby (cricket, football, riding, tennis). Dulwich Woods are across the road for lovely walks. It really is a delightful place to be. The residents group is very active and ensure the property is well managed. Only moving because we need to upsize.
