Forest Hill has been our town for over 12 years and after 7 years in this home we have appreciated the quick proximity passing through the station plus the cafe culture. We visit the Horniman Musuem and Gardens every weekend for some escapism with our growing young family and in-laws, who love the vibrant village feel. We have definitely taken advantage of the loft space, the modern all built in kitchen and the well insulated spacious top floor during the winter. And finally but not least the quick 4 minute walk to the station to go to Gatwick Airport for Holidays, Beach/Brighton, London Bridge, East London/Shoreditch and of course to get to the office.
