A message from the current owner
We bought this house in 2009 and there was an awful lot of work to do. The wall between the dining room and living room was taken down and an RSJ installed. The dividing wall between the toilet and bathroom was taken down and enlarged, and a floor was put into the attic for storage. New windows, new doors, new flooring, new kitchen and bathroom were also installed. The broken crazy paving all around the house was lifted and replaced with terracotta slabs, and finally the house was painted pale blue. The large south-facing garden enjoys all day sunshine and is really fantastic for barbecues and family get-togethers. Especially well-placed for schools, this house really has a lot going for it and I hope the new owners will love living there as much as we did.
