A message from the current owner

I think the main attraction for my property was the location of it. 10 minutes' walk to King's Road shopping, 5 minutes to Battersea Park. The residential allocated parking was a key factor for me, as well being on the first floor - it really worked for me and I never used the lift. The flat is very light, with lots of windows on both sides. The building is very secure and all the neighbors are nice.
