A message from the current owner
We really love this house and the area, it's literally a minute away from the Wandle Nature Reserve which is lovely to walk in. There's another park just 5 mins up the road and we're right on the Wandle trail walk so really spoilt for parks and nature. We're not far from Tooting and Wimbledon, it's a short walk to great restaurants and pubs, although definitely worth checking out Coffee in The Wood and Bonjour Brioche just up the road. The house itself is really light and airy, we really like the layout and size of the rooms and there's loads of space in the loft for storage if needed. There's a parking space behind the house which comes as part of the property and a garden that's really nice to sit out in in the summer. The house is in a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac, we're really lucky with our neighbours round here too, everyone is really lovely and looks out for each other. It's been a very hard decision to move as we love this place so hopefully you will love it just as much :)
