To add to the previous comments: There is a dedicated car parking space is a bonus and takes the stress of finding a space to park, I have been working from home and with Hyperoptic fast internet this makes it a breeze: no more frozen or dropped links. As a music teacher the internet has been the focus of my work and I have had not stresses during the lessons. The addition of air conditioning makes it a pleasant place to work or relax and the excellent soundproofing is good for my neighbours! A great flat to live and work and I will find it difficult to find an equivalent when I move back to my hometown.
