Less than a minutes walk to the wonderful Brookland Nursery and Infant school & an enjoyable walk to many independant and organic shops along with high street food shops such as Waitrose and Marks & Spencers. The area is culturally diverse and the neighbours look out for each other which is another thing I never experienced in other parts of London. Our home is set up for a family with parents that still like to enjoy themselves. We have a zoned sonos system in three areas including in the garden, a bar cabinet in the lounge and a great and beautiful garden for entertaining. Super strong wifi throughout The house is FULL of hidden storage & also features large built in cupboard space. Furnished to a very high spec.
