A message from the landlord

This house has been our family home since 1972. It has been a very happy family home with lots of great memories. It is very special in spring/summer time as it has beautiful views over Brenchley Gardens, a very well maintained park which is part of our local conservation area. There is also One Tree Hill behind the house which is great for walking, running and family exploring. From the side of the house there are panoramic views across London which is quite a sensational view by night, especially on New Years Eve where there is a wonderful view of the London fireworks display. The house also has a nice sized mature urban garden to enjoy during the summer. The overground station is now just a short walk away and Lordship Lane is about a 15 minute walk away which has lots of modern restaurants and shops. The neighbours of Buckstone Close are all really nice, very helpful and all look out for each other. The close is part of a neighbourhood watch scheme.
