I bought this property as it was handy for work, great access to transport links including Eurostar, and close to good night life. Now that I have returned to New Zealand, I have had the flat fully renovated with a new bathroom and kitchen. The walls have been insulated and replacement double glazing has been fitted. Night storage heaters keep the place warm and cosy.
