The flat is perfect for us as a couple where both of us work from home, because of all the space, a spare study and a garden. The garden is south facing, which means the flat is bright and warm. The street has friendly neighbours and a strong community that looks after the green planters and organises occasional street parties. The road is a part of low traffic neighbourhood (starting 4th Sept). The open plan kitchen/conservatory area is perfect for parties and the garden is perfect for BBQs. Great location for Victoria line, Northern line, wide selection of busses which means we are never stranded during tube strikes. Very good connection to Victoria, Clapham Junction, Gatwick through Streatham Hill station.
