I have lived in this property since it was built in 2000... 16 happy years. If I was staying in London, I would certainly not consider living anywhere else. However, a change of lifestyle beckons on the North Wales coast. My flat here has a newly fitted kitchen, bathroom and windows throughout. Each room has just been decorated with Farrow and Ball paint. Watching the birds on the feeders outside the kitchen window is something I will miss, along with riverside walks and stunning sunsets over the dock and Canary Wharf.
Grimsby Grove is served by a selection of on-site local amenities while also being within close proximity of the River Thames. For transport links Gallions Reach and King George the V DLR are close by as well as the Woolwich Ferry port.

A little known gem, the Sunborn is a fully functioning hotel held on a yacht next to the ExCel centre. You can go here just for the bar, as well as the half price buffet breakfast at the weekend too!
