We love how much natural light our flat gets throughout the day! The south-west-facing balcony gets sun all the way through to the evening, which makes it perfect for sitting out after work with a glass of wine! The neighbourhood is a nice, quiet residential area, yet only walking distance from all the great independent cafes, restaurants and shops in Muswell Hill. There is so much beautiful outdoor space nearby, with the large park and Coppetts Wood just behind our flat, as well as nearby Highgate Wood and Alexandra Palace.
The local area offers an excellent selection of amenities as the shops, bars and restaurants of Muswell Hill and Crouch End are within close proximity. The nearest public transport link is East Finchley Station.

This cafe serves amazing English and American breakfasts, homemade cakes, lunch and brunch. It has great staff and a picturesque location overlooking Princess Park Manor and there's late night opening on selected weekends, where they serve classic hot dogs.
The Phoenix Cinema
The oldest purpose-built cinema in London, the Phoenix screens the latest films, as well as sports events and ballet.
Serving tasty pick and mix pasta dishes, sandwiches and salads, I sometimes grab my lunch from here.
