A message from the current owner

We have loved this home and life in Peckham. It's a really friendly block - we know our neighbours and water each others' plants when we go on holiday! The flat is very, very quiet as it doesn't have any shared walls with other flats and it's triple glazed. The floor-to-ceiling windows make it bright and give you a great view of treetops and we spend a lot of time on our balcony that runs the full length of the flat. Over the last five years, the area has changed enormously: the Overground came to Queens Road Peckham Station (a few mins to Canada Water for the Jubilee line, or the National Rail train is 8 mins to London Bridge) and we now have the Blackbird Bakery for coffee or brunch, Mama Dough for sourdough pizza and Beer Rebellion, for craft beer, is less than five minutes away. The roof garden has been a fun place to bring friends or just read the papers in the sunshine. We hope the next people are as happy here as we've been and we're happy to answer your questions.
