We have enjoyed living here. The flat's location is very convenient for most locations in London and further afield. Bus routes 188, 47, 199 towards Greenwich/Lewisham/London Bridge/ Russell Square. Surrey Quays Station and Canada Water Underground Station are a short walk. Alternatively you can jump on the bus for a quicker commute to both stations. There are some local independent shops within walking distance - a florist, post-office, coffee shops, dry cleaners and take-aways. For grocery shopping, there's a Tesco Extra at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre. Locally some of our favourite eat out spots - Yellow House, Surrey Docks Farm, Ma Pho, Mama Pho, the Blackhorse pub and the pubs alongside the gorgeous Thamespath riverwalk towards Rotherithe. Alternatively Greenwich and Central London are a stone's throw away for more refined dining. Most of all we love that the balcony overlooks a big park - nearly unheard of in London! Southwark Park is also with walking distance.
Located on Evelyn Road, Equana Apartments is within easy reach of both the varying amenities of both Deptford and Greenwich. For frequent services into the City, Cutty Sark DLR Station is close by as well as Deptford National Rail Station.
