  4. STEP 4 Buyers are invited

    We call only the most serious buyers to invite them to your property Preview before allocating them a dedicated time slot to ensure that the multiple viewings are evenly spread throughout the 45 minute period.

  5. STEP 5 Prepare once

    We aim to show a minimum of 10 buyers around your property in one 45 minute period - so instead of you having to clean and tidy your property ten times, you only have to do it once.
