Rightmove’s latest House Price Index shows a spring revival in the house market, with a 1.5% price increase in March, which is “notably higher than the 22-year average of 1.0%.” According to the report, buyers are ready to make their move now with an 8% increase in demand compared to the same time last year, led by London.
The House Price Index notes that the time it takes to find a buyer is now at "71 days, the longest at this time of year since 2019."
