  2. Longer opening hours

    Foxtons first introduced longer opening hours in 1982 in response to the demands of living and working in London. As a result 43% of Foxtons viewings are now carried out during evenings and weekends.

    Foxtons phone lines are open 8am to 8pm 7 days a week, while Foxtons offices are open 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holidays.

    Protography

    Historically agents would need several visits to a property to collect enough information.

    To minimise this disruption and to speed up the marketing process, Foxtons have created a unique, in-house department named 'Protography' (a combination of the words Property Processors and Photography). Protographers are trained specifically to collect information for interactive floorplans, 360° tours and multiple photographs, all in one visit.

    Foxtons Minis

    The ubiquitous and much imitated Foxtons Mini has become iconic on the streets of London.

    The first Foxtons Mini was launched back in 2001 and became a moving Foxtons billboard as staff chauffeured buyers and tenants around London and Surrey.

    Foxtons is a member of the voluntary Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme (OEA), the National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS) and the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme (TDPS) providing landlords and tenants with an objective guarantee that they will receive the highest level of customer service.
