What makes Foxtons different?
Innovative café-style offices
Foxtons café-style offices have revolutionised the traditional estate agent presence on the high street.
The eye-catching design was created to provide a better service and a more comfortable one-to-one experience.
Foxtons presently has 44 offices across London, Surrey and Middlesex and has an ongoing expansion plan.
Longer opening hours
Foxtons first introduced longer opening hours in 1982 in response to the demands of living and working in London. As a result 39% of Foxtons viewings are now carried out during evenings and weekends.
Foxtons phone lines are open 8am to 8pm 7 days a week, while Foxtons offices are open 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Thousands of properties
Foxtons has the advantage of having a unique insight into the property market, through the sheer volume of properties available for sale and to let.
Foxtons expert valuers carry out thousands of valuations every month, giving them intimate and unparalleled knowledge of property values across London and Surrey.
Foxtons.co.uk is regularly voted the best in the business.
Every property, regardless of price, features interactive floorplans, 360° virtual tours, numerous colour photographs, slide shows, local information, location maps, aerial views and full colour brochures. More about our website.
My Foxtons online portal
Revolutionising the rental industry, My Foxtons offers tenants and landlords the option of setting up their new tenancies online, vastly speeding up the rental process. Features include:
- Electronic signing of documents
- Secure online payments
- Online statements
The apps also synchronise with My Foxtons allowing a seamless experience across multiple devices and computers, giving buyers and tenants an additional advantage when searching for a new home.
Historically agents would need several visits to a property to collect enough information.
To minimise this disruption and to speed up the marketing process, Foxtons have created a unique, in-house department named 'Protography' (a combination of the words Property Processors and Photography). Protographers are trained specifically to collect information for interactive floorplans, 360° tours and multiple photographs, all in one visit.
The ubiquitous and much imitated Foxtons Mini has become iconic on the streets of London.
The first Foxtons Mini was launched back in 2001 and became a moving Foxtons billboard as staff chauffeured buyers and tenants around London and Surrey.
Foxtons have consistently been producing in-house magazines for over 25 years.
'Area', the latest monthly magazine with five editions, each covering a specific geographical area, offers traditional property listings with unrivalled standards of photography, plus great advice from our local office Managers and a market round up from our Area Directors.
