Manage the accounts for properties let via Foxtons

Our Accounts and Credit Control teams work within the Property Management department and manage the accounts for properties let via Foxtons. The Accounts team incorporates purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control as well as more junior roles that can give a great foundation for less experienced candidates. We currently deal with thousands of rental properties which require us to hold deposits, set up a monthly rent payment, plus handle additional ad hoc payments for maintenance work or extra services provided by Foxtons. Credit Control become involved if a landlord or tenant have failed to make a payment.

In every role within the Accounts and Credit Control teams you will be liaising with tenants and landlords, so excellent communication skills are essential. This is not just a routine role; each day is very busy and can throw up a range of new problems to overcome. Our teams aren't hidden away in a corner - you'll work in a large open-plan office alongside the Property Managers and also have plenty of interaction with other departments.
