About this department
Our IT Department is based at our west London Headquarters and is made up of three core areas:
- Desktop and Helpdesk Support
- Infrastructure (Servers and Networks)
- Software Development and Applications Support
Our Helpdesk engineers face a wide variety of challenges and divide their time between our Headquarters and the Foxtons offices across London and Surrey, where they exhibit their resourcefulness on a daily basis.
The Infrastructure team are responsible for ensuring that we invest appropriately in future technologies ensuring that the overall strategy of the underlying systems powering the business are resilient and capable of matching the needs of our employees.
The Software Development and Applications team design and create the software that runs the business. Utilising .NET technology, they have created systems covering a range of areas such as CRM, Document Management, Personnel, Workflow and Property Management, as well as providing key integration to third party applications and websites.
