About this department
Our experienced Property Management team looks after over 6,000 properties in London and Surrey, working to ensure relationships between all parties - Foxtons, landlords, tenants and interested third parties - run smoothly. Due to the rapid expansion of the company, we continue to be exceptionally busy - this year we will arrange in excess of 55,000 individual maintenance jobs for our clients. We required individuals with professional experience to help us meet the high standards of customer service we aim to deliver.
The department prides itself on providing exceptional ongoing support throughout each tenancy and offers positive solutions to those who require our help.
It is a demanding environment, working with thousands of landlords and tenants, supplying them with the highest level of customer care, dealing with all the duties associated with the full time daily management of their properties. With extensive experience within the lettings industry and a wide range of services on offer, our Property Management team is there to guide landlords through every element of the process.
Liaising directly with landlords, tenants and suppliers means excellent communication skills are essential.
