###### Be part of our initial landing team based in Chiswick, London

Propoly is a new innovative technology start-up part owned by Foxtons Plc and Countrywide Plc that aims to help make renting better through its unique agency platform. In a nutshell, the platform is used by letting agents to progress a lettings transaction in an integrated and streamlined way, reducing admin and time in the process.

Think less pen, paper and phone calls, and more beautiful notifications within an activity feed, helping lettings agents save money and time on admin and also make more money through add-ons we provide. The opportunity exists for a talented Sales Consultant to work very closely with the co-founders and help scale the platform to the first 100 clients.

###### Corporate services

Foxtons Corporate Services department provides bespoke relocation assistance to hundreds of the world's most prestigious corporations and academic institutions.

###### A centralised department that is essential to the day to day running and appearance of our offices.

The team visits each office daily delivering office supplies and equipment, as well as overseeing refurbishments and undertaking basic maintenance.

The team work closely with all offices across the company so excellent communication skills are vital, plus the desire to support and help wherever possible.

###### Handling important money matters

There are two departments at Foxtons offering a variety of opportunities within Finance and Accounts.

Our Property Management department has two specialist teams which are responsible for managing the accounts of properties let via Foxtons. Whereas the central Finance department provides financial and management accounting in addition to payroll and purchase ledger functions for the entire Foxtons business.

The Human Resources department is made up of three in-house teams: Recruitment, Training and Personnel. Each function supports the entire Foxtons business, including our Headquarters and all of our London and Surrey offices.

###### Logistics

Logistics is a centralised department that is essential to the day to day running and appearance of our stunning caf&eacute;-style offices and Headquarters.

###### Taking photographs, drawing floorplans and writing the advertisements and detailed descriptions

The excellent quality of Foxtons marketing material is renowned within the industry, so it is essential that each set of details is accurate and produced to the highest standard.

Exceptional photography skills are vital, combined with a flair for writing and the drive to work in a fast paced environment.
