I wanted to let you know how great Danielle has been. I have reached out to several firms and have come in contact with one other "broker" at Foxtons. Danielle puts them all to shame. She has been super helpful, super friendly, and super proactive in handling all of my requests and questions. I would have driven most people crazy with all of my queries. I have used the services of Foxtons over the last couple of months in relation to corporate lets and have found their service to be excellent. They acted upon my request immediately and supplied me with details of properties that fell exactly within my brief, they stayed in contact with me and kept me informed right from the initial contact through to our employees moving in. The service was excellent and on the occasion when there was a problem it was dealt with promptly and the matter was rectified to our satisfaction. You keep in regular contact and deal with any request from us immediately, with politeness and good nature. I am very impressed with the team as a whole and they certainly have made my job much easier as a result of their efficiency.

There is no way to satisfy all parties in the first phase as there is no perfect people or organization that's why companies need such qualified and skilled person like yours:
Ability to actively manage the interface between our staff (tenant) and Chiswick Foxtons office.
Expedite issues very quickly asked from our side and respond us by e-mail or telecom.
Having solid people skills with ability to create solutions where we have problems such as missing items in flat, flat viewing period, deposits etc. I can say she is definitely a solution provider.
Honest and positive at all times although there are some critics from our side about the short letting process especially during flat viewing period and missing items.
Smart and good-looking, smiles every time.
I believe she has also very good interface within Foxtons such as agencies and other head office departments (accounting etc) as her response time is very short in general.

I thought I should share with you the fact that I have been very pleased with Kenneth. We just got the tenancy agreement signed and payment will be made by tomorrow for a flat that he found for me. I cannot thank Foxtons enough for the help I received in finding my new home. My first contact within Foxtons was no less than an absolute godsend; I wrongly predicted that having only 2 weeks to find and then move in to a property would be a nightmare, but he was so helpful and persistent that it reassured me no end!! Not only did he inform his colleagues in different areas of London as to my needs, he also made regular contact to ensure that I was happy with the service I was receiving. Thanks for all your help with sorting out the flat. It's been efficient and ended up with a great result. Having contacted every estate agent (or at least all those who have offices in the Richmond area) in my search for a flat this week, I have come across many different agents and standards of service. While several have been adequate and some unimpressive, few have been distinctive. When challenged over the high rental admin fee charged by Foxtons relative to other agencies, I simply see that the differential in service offered greatly outweighs the difference in cost. I would like to record our appreciation for the work of your very talented staff during the letting out negotiations. She is an amazing person with very focussed and firm but polite negotiation skills. She quickly addressed all the ensuing concerns and developed comfortable solutions to the fresh issues. New challenges due to emerging developments never deterred her. I would like to congratulate you for offering the BEST service any agency has offered us, and for having the BEST, most hardworking, patient, and helpful agent we've dealt with. And believe me, we have been dealing with so many agencies and agents, since June. I must admit I am not very good at writing this kind of emails, but something must be said and a big THANK YOU for Foxtons and James have to be said. Since June, we have probably been the pickiest, most nagging, and demanding tenants to deal with. I am relatively new to the lettings world and very new to the Battersea area and I wanted to let you know that I was very impressed by Camillo today. Extremely professional but also very amiable over both the phone and in person. He made flat viewing a real pleasure today. We viewed 4 flats, one unplanned which I really appreciated as he made the most of our time. Camillo was not at all pushy which I really appreciated and he really assisted me in understanding what I was looking for. He asked insightful questions and offered different strategies for making decisions. It was a refreshing change from some of the other experiences I have had with other letting agents. He was patient and took the time to sit down and explain what my options were in terms of location. He had excellent knowledge of Clapham, all the roads and buses too.
