Starting with warm up yoga poses, we will tone the abdominal muscles, strengthening the back and pelvic floor. We will learn basic Bellydance techniques to help you engage all muscles and gain awareness of your posture, helping you sooth or prevent any back and neck pain. In addition, we will spend time learning fun choreography which will help you release stress, increase energy while bonding with your baby.
