Foxtons joins NALS (The National Approved Lettings Scheme)

In addition to Foxtons recent decision to join the voluntary Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme, we have now joined the National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS) to provide landlords and tenants with an objective guarantee that they will receive the highest levels of customer services.

The scheme aims to provide accreditation to the private lettings sector by ensuring that the service provided by agents meets certain criteria set by the NALS board and is dependable and fair.
