London's Estate Agent Foxtons is delighted to announce the opening of two new offices this autumn, bringing its total network to 51 throughout London and Surrey.
The Tooting office will open its doors on Saturday 27th September with Wapping shortly after on Saturday 4th October. Both new offices will form part of Foxtons exciting expansion plan in order to accommodate the ever-increasing demand for London property.
Nic Budden, Chief Operating Officer, comments: "We are all extremely excited that the new office in Tooting marks a half century of Foxtons offices across London and Surrey, whilst the office opening in Wapping takes us to an impressive 51. We have enjoyed operating in both areas for a number of years from our neighbouring offices, but now look forward to playing an even more active role in these local communities."
The offices will be run by an experienced and dedicated sales and lettings team, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Sales and Lettings Managers for the Tooting office will be Brad Slade and Jon Woods whilst Wapping will be run by Scott West and Elliot Hancox.
To celebrate these openings, Foxtons will be offering its pioneering 0% commission promotion, offering to sell local homeowners' properties for free.* They will also be holding a promotional event for each launch giving out thousands of fresh-from-the-bakery muffins, so keep an eye out!
