It has been a joy to live over the canal and the flat has been an excellent home for us. It has such great light and with the long views from the living room out of the balcony windows it feels so spacious. The community and small independent bars and restaurants that surround us make it feel like a totally unique part of London. Being totally surrounded by both Victoria Park and Queen Elizabeth Park plus the canals and rivers has felt like a real privilege in London.
