Sales Area Director - Central South & Private Office

Joe oversees the Central South Division and Private Office at Foxtons. He first joined Foxtons as a negotiator in our Battersea office back in 2003. He's developed a comprehensive network and knowledge base in the industry having run variety of offices and departments across Central London, his expertise stretches from family homes in Fulham and Parsons Green to properties in Westminster, Pimlico, Chelsea, Belgravia and Knightsbridge. Joe was recognised in the Spears 500 list of recommended property agents in 2023.

Operations Director/Head of Private Office

As well as leading the Private Office team, Tommy personally brokers the sales of prime properties across our Central South region. He collaborates with the senior managers and negotiators across our office network to ensure prime properties reach their ideal audience. He has been featured in the Spears 500 since 2022 and is known for an encyclopaedic knowledge of Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea and South Kensington. This allows him to serve a large pool of clients and developers, a network he has cultivated since he started his career in our Sloane Square office in 2007.

Chris oversees the Central North Division having previously managed the Marylebone & Mayfair office, alongside the West End sales department. Since Chris began his career with Foxtons in 2007, as a Sales Negotiator in Canary Wharf, he has overseen the launch of two new offices and managed five offices within our network.

Based in the South Kensington office, Gabriella has specialised in selling luxury property for Foxtons in Kensington and Chelsea since 2014. She has built a large network of long-standing relationships with clients by providing a bespoke service and maintaining strict attention to detail. Gabriella was raised in Belgravia, educated in Knightsbridge and began her career with Foxtons in Sloane Square, where she's gained extensive local knowledge. She is expertly placed to advise on the area's best features, including schools, shopping, entertainment and the robust property market.

Charles Hamshar is a seasoned property professional, primarily focussing on prime property sales in our Notting Hill Office whilst offering expert support across the neighbouring departments in Maida Vale and Brook Green. Charles began his career in 2012 and has worked across a wide range of prime locations throughout London, which provides him an in-depth understanding of the diverse and intricate local property markets therein.

Chuck leads the team at our Notting Hill office, having previously managed our office in Maida Vale. In this time, he has been involved in many record transactions and prides himself on delivering exceptional results for clients. Chuck has had a versatile career since he joined Foxtons in 2012, working as a Sales Negotiator in our Temple Fortune Office and promoted to Sales Valuer of the Hampstead and West Hampstead offices in 2015, gaining a thorough understanding of successful property sales at every level.

Bradley heads up our sales department in South Kensington which is one of the oldest branches of Foxtons having opened in 1986. He began his career at Foxtons in 2012, as a Sales Negotiator in Fulham, and then went on to manage the office, turning it into one of the most successful departments in the company. In this time, he built up extensive knowledge on the sale of London property and the market at large. He prides himself on the relationships he has made within the industry and the network of property professionals through which he addresses every need of his clients.

Jas applies his extensive knowledge of Central London property to his role in leading our Sloane Square Sales Department, covering Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia. He manages a team of highly knowledgeable prime Central London Sales Negotiators and provides a personalised service to clients across the globe with an array of requirements. Jas began his Foxtons career as a Negotiator in West London in 2009 and was quickly promoted to Operations Director. He is now managing his third office at Foxtons.
