020 7386 6565I have never enjoyed living anywhere in London as much as this flat. In summer it is cool and calm and the garden when the apple tree is in fruit is a joy. The building is so tall, you literally cannot hear Kingsland road when chilling in the garden. The neighbours are all fantastic and it is a little oasis. In winter when the curtains are closed the fire is blazing it is a cosy little hideaway and was equally enjoyable place to exist. If it were not for a growing family and the need for more space I would not need to sell the flat. Whoever take on the place will find it a happy and vibrant place to live, as well as being a stones throw from so many great bars and restaurants. The sense of community on Kingsland road is unmatched in my 20 years of living in East london.
