We have loved living in this flat for 8 years! It feels cosy yet spacious inside, with high ceilings - you feel you're in a solid, period, well-proportioned building - and I love the art deco outside as well. The best part about living here is probably the location - you are across the road from Little Venice/Regents Canal, and 5 minutes to Regents Park. You're round the corner from Marylebone High Street, Maida Vale, and an easy walk from the very centre of London. Nevertheless, the area always feels quiet. We'll miss it!
