The location is excellent. It is a mere 8-minute walk to the Oval underground station, where you can get the Northern line into either the City or West End. The bus route is also excellent and gets you to Vauxhall, Victoria and Marble Arch in no time. The best part of the property is the size of the garden. This is highly unusual for a flat that is so central. The management company is also run by the tenants, which means no unexpected large bills. The neighbours are also well behaved so no late night parties. Also, because the flat is set back from the main road there is no noise from the front. You can't even hear an ambulance go by. There is also resident parking at the back in Warham Street and thankfully it is always easy to get a parking spot during either the day or evening.
