Sarah had a very good knack of keeping me on my toes (I can be lazy, especially with administrative issues!) whilst remaining pleasant, patient, informative and professional in all dealings with us.

  3. Difficult conveyance as it took months rather than weeks, but due to Sarah’s unrelenting persistence we completed on 31st March 2016 It was like she was buying the house herself or her family as she pushed and pushed surpassing even me and we got there in the end.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Foxtons Blackheath, it was a tricky situation as all my correspondence in finding a house was done from overseas, I dealt with Jamila and Francis and cannot stress enough how helpful and considerate they both were in assisting me on my search in what turned into a tricky situation, Jamila was so accommodating in helping me find a property even calling me after her work hours so I could talk once the kids were in bed and videoing the property so I could see inside and Francis stepped in and made endless calls to myself and the landlord to resolve the situation that occurred so everybody got a result they were happy with , I felt that he really had my best interest as a tenant at heart while still maintaining loyalty to his client the landlord , I will have no hesitation to contact the office again to seek future properties

Having a professional who had thorough knowledge of the market and full of tips and hints made the sale process easy. The planning and preparation was brilliant. Our agent was effective when negotiating as well as caring for tenant. When managing the marketing campaign we felt they were maximising the network to fullest extend. It was rewarding for us to know that there was someone at the end of phone any time we need help. I would recommed Foxtons as they are competent,responsive and exceptional at getting you the best deal. Our agent managed to build trust and we feel she prepared well and thoroughly so we were confident of achieving our objectives.   9. The team at Foxtons Blackheath did exactly what I asked of them, they got me the price I wanted in a tough, competitive marketplace and I can honestly say they were worth the extra money. Sarah was my personal contact and she went absolutely above and beyond to help get the sale through, particularly when there were challenges from the solicitors on both sides. Sarah was calm, confident and efficient and always willing to assist as well as being available on the phone and email whenever I needed her. In a stressful situation (which selling a property undoubtedly is) Sarah was fantastic in supporting me through it and I genuinely don't think I could have done it without her!

  13. I found the service that Foxtons provided in my search for my first investment property excellent. It stood out against your competitors, in regards to the way Tom organized the viewing (all very efficient, and combining multiple flats at any one time, which helped a lot in keeping time spent to a minimum), prompt replies to queries, pro-active engagement all throughout the process, always very knowledgeable. Tom also handled the completion process very well, when unexpected information emerged shortly before completion. Also very handy and a competitive advantage to some other agencies are the opening times Foxtons have, as well as the great range of property portfolio. Website of high professional and standard, always include floor plans (unlike some other agents), very good photographs. I would certainly recommend Foxtons as an agent and specifically Tom as a sales person to any other customers.

I wanted to write a note of thanks and to highlight the quality of service I have received from Jade and Bruno in the process of looking for a home to rent.This is a rather long note, as at each stage in the process both Jade and Bruno have been professional and have made what could be a stressful process quite straightforward.I contacted Jade last week to arrange for a viewing of one property. Jade helpfully arranged four viewings, the original property and three other suitable properties. Jade was able to answer all my questions, and gave me useful information about the properties and the landlords.As I have been looking for properties over the past weeks I have been pressured by estate agents into making quick decisions. This was not the case with Jade, who simply presented the properties as options for me to consider.Jade did tell me that an offer had been placed on the first property we viewed. This was told to me merely as a factor we needed to consider if we wanted to make an offer. At no point did I feel pressured.I did decide to make an offer on this property the same evening, and called Jade to let her know. Jade was very helpful and provided me with the details of Bruno to work with on the Friday and over the weekend. This was while Jade was getting ready for a 3am flight the following morning. Thank you for that Jade.Bruno was also very helpful. Ensuring that my offer was presented to the landlord at the same time the other offer I had been told about by Jade. My offer was not accepted. Bruno was very understanding about my disappointment, and explained in detail exactly why the landlord had made the decision they had. As I was disappointed to lose the property I asked about making a counter offer. Bruno was very polite in explaining that making a higher counter offer would not be productive, and that the landlord felt they had found the right tenant - which was what was important.Bruno then spoke with me about the other properties Jade had shown me. We talked through what kind of offer the landlord would find acceptable, length of tenancy, break clauses, rent. Just as when speaking with Jade, I felt that I could trust Bruno to be honest and impartial. Bruno then worked on Friday and Saturday, while clearly ill, to ensure that our offer was presented to the landlord and that the final changes to the offer were made to ensure both we and the landlord were happy with the outcome.I singed the contracts and paid the deposit, etc on Monday using your excellent online system and are now looking forward to moving into the property a mere week after contacting Jade.Jade has been very helpful this week ensuring we work towards our requested move in date, that I submit all the right references, etc, and with answering my further questions regarding the property.I wish more estate agents were like Foxtons.Jade and Bruno have completely put my mind at rest. Thank you both.

  27. I just wanted to express my gratitude towards Oksana for her help in showing myself and my fiance around several properties. Although we did not find a place to rent which suited our needs, we were so impressed with Oksana's knowledge and courteous approach. We learned so much about possible areas and streets to rent/buy in and she was thoroughly patient and informative throughout our visits. Having dealt with most if not all major lettings agents, and many minor ones, I could not help noticing how much better - by far - your website and online information on individual properties are compared to other agents.

We'll not waste your time by viewing the apartments this afternoon - though I have to say I'm a little disappointed as I wanted to meet the most polite and friendly estate agent we've spoken to on the phone.I guess you already know you do a great job - but just to let you know that we've contacted 89 agencies, spoken to about 15 agents and met perhaps 5, and only 3 agents and agencies stood out as being excellent.Really hope I don't have to get in touch anytime soon for a property, but I know if I'm lucky enough to consider a purchase, Foxtons will be top of my list.
