  2. We just wanted to express our sincerest gratitude to James at the Fulham office for all his extremely hard work over the last 3 months. Firstly, he secured a full price offer for our flat just 3 days after going on the market. Our sale had a few complications along the way, mainly down to the buyer's lenders and choice of solicitor, but James was always at hand and diligently went about cementing the whole deal! This sale meant a lot for us as we could finally realise our dream to own a 4 bed house with a massive garden for when our family grows. James is a credit to his profession and to Foxtons.

  3. I have bought and sold numerous times over the years, and can honestly say that I have never experienced greater efficiency, professionalism and courtesy. Texts and phone calls are always replied to extremely promptly, and the information is always relevant and helpful.David takes a broad view of his role, not just the mechanics of the sale. If there is any way he can help, he will.There were significant (potentially costly) title problems with my flat and I was initially minded to ask for a price reduction. In these circumstances most people ignore the agent advice on grounds of lack of impartiality. However I listened very carefully to what David had to say and decided to 'bite the bullet'. The sale therefore went ahead. Based on my experience with David , I will have no hesitation recommending your office to friends.

I had the pleasure of having the services of from your Fulham office, and he did an absolute fantastic job in locating great places which all matched my criteria perfectly. In the end we were offered a fantastic deal for another place, but we would have much preferred to sign with Jeroen, as his service went beyond any other agents we had. Next time we will be looking, we will surely return to the Fulham office.

  11. Not a complaint, in fact the opposite - just wanted to relay how impressed I was with the way in which the letting of my flat in W14 was handled earlier this year. Various people at Fulham and South Ken were involved - and in fact at Chiswick I think. Everyone was fantastic and the whole experience contradicted my previous impression of Foxtons. So all really great, thanks very much and I hope you can pass this on to the powers that be.

  13. You have a letting agent at your Fulham office named Rupert. Give him a pay raise! He is a huge asset to your company. He has helped my wife and I find a house to rent in Fulham and he is the PERFECT AGENT, effective, nice, intelligent. He always does what he says he's going to do. His communication skills are excellent and he calls back everytime. He is also very proactive, and called us whenever there was pertinent information. He has made this process easy and a pleasure, and (along with your excellent website) the reason that we dropped the other agencies we were working with to concentrate on finding something with Rupert.
