1. I wanted to write to you to say how delightful and efficient Aleksa was to deal with. Estate agents and Foxtons get a really bad rap, as I am sure you know, but Aleksa was nothing like most agents. She was charming, said all the right things, and was a safe, mature and capable pair of hands to be in. She had actually worked really hard, gone through my whole file of what properties I had looked at over the years, knew what I was after, explained the investment property to me (not exactly what I was after, but an excellent investment, freehold, vacant and no chain on either side). She's an asset to your firm and to your new Marylebone branch.
