I was out viewing with your negotiator James on Saturday. Being a lettings negotiator myself I just wanted to pass on what a great job he did (not appreciated by my housemates).
James was the only agent we dealt with who made a tour for us, showing us properties on budget and then over budget. He took us out of area and over budget to make us really question the main criteria of our search to see what we could do to let one of these houses.
I think this is a core part of our job and one James did very well. If the job were simply showing people properties they enquire about then we would not be worth the fees we charge – inevitably people find out of the area they enquire about and over budget and it is our job to create tours and really challenge people on what they will compromise on – you can never tick every box!
He was also the only negotiator who closed me on the phone for the viewing and then for the business at the end of the viewing (and not in a pushy or arrogant way).Richard
Hi I just wanted to say how impressed my wife and I were with your staff at the Putney office in handling the sale of our house. They did an excellent job in obtaining the best price and progressing the sale to an offer.
