I dealt with several of your branches and I received the same excellent service from your Blackheath, Canary Wharf and Wimbledon offices. Having dealt with most if not all major lettings agents, and many minor ones, I could not help noticing how much better - by far - your website and online information on individual properties are compared to other agents.

I would like it noted that Matt at the Wimbledon Office was most helpful in the sale of my property recently. Although he was acting for the buyers at the bottom of my chain, he was of great help in keeping me informed of progress of the chain, where as my agent did not. He was polite and always returned my calls where as my agent did not. Matt is a credit to your company.

I met Jake last weekend and he took me out to view some properties around the Wimbledon area. He was courteous, polite, friendly and helpful. As I have been flat hunting tirelessly over the last few weeks I have come across some not so savoury estate agents – that are pushing the ‘dodgey salesman’ boundaries to say the least – that make you feel like they don’t have your best interests at heart, that they see a million people every day and that you’re just a number to them. Jake really stood out as he didn’t do any of that. Also, once he knew I had decided to search outside of Wimbledon, he contacted his colleagues in the new areas to help me further with my search.
He even went above and beyond driving me to my next appointment AND introducing me to an amazing baguette joint in Southfields!
Just wanted to give him a shout out as I think he’s doing a great job.
