How introductions work
Log into your My Foxtons account and add the details of the landlord you'd like to introduce. Ask them first; this only works if they're expecting our call rather than wondering how we got their number.
If they're new to Foxtons and go on to let their property with us, 50,000 Avios lands in your account and in theirs. A recommendation that's worth making on both sides.

*TwentyCI data, 2025 new lettings instructions at a brand level. Terms and conditions apply. The introduced landlord must be new to Foxtons, not having instructed Foxtons within the previous 24 months, and must instruct Foxtons on a sole letting agency basis. Avios are awarded monthly over 12 months while the tenancy remains with Foxtons. You must have the landlord's agreement before submitting their details.
