To be eligible for this Offer, customers must be i) at least 18 years old; ii) be a Member of the British Airways Club (“BAC”) and; iii) have an active My Foxtons account (“Eligible Participants” or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant”).

Only one My Foxtons account and a linked British Airways Club account will be eligible to receive Avios per property under any applicable ‘Offer’. The account recognised for the award will be that of the individual identified as the primary tenant and/or landlord for the property with Foxtons.
The Offers listed in Clause 9 are available only at participating branches.
The “Lettings Management Service” Offer and “Lettings Sole Agency” Offer is available exclusively at participating Foxtons branches located in London, Berkshire, Guildford, and Woking (refer to clause 19 for the full list of participating branches) and expressly excludes branches located in Bushey, Hemel Hempstead, and Watford areas as well as any other branches that may be operated in future by Foxtons Limited or its subsidiary companies not listed in clause 19.
The “Sales Sole Agency” Offer is available exclusively at participating Foxtons branches located in London, Berkshire, Guildford, Hertfordshire and Woking (refer to clause 20 for the full list of participating branches). Any other branches that may be operated in future by Foxtons Limited or its subsidiary companies not listed in clause 20 are expressly excluded.
Non-Foxtons branded branches operated by Foxtons Limited or its subsidiary companies are expressly excluded from this Offer. Excluded branches may be eligible for separate Avios offers, which differ from those described herein.

The “Lettings Management Service” Offer is available in respect of properties that are currently subject to a tenancy arranged through Foxtons but are not, at the time of the offer, utilising Foxtons’ Management Service. The Lettings Management Service Offer also applies to properties that are re-instructed to Foxtons for re-letting, provided that such properties have not utilised Foxtons’ Management Service within the preceding twelve months.
The “Lettings Sole Agency” Offer:
Is available solely in respect of initial lettings. This Offer shall not apply to any property that Foxtons has previously been instructed to let within the immediately preceding twenty-four (24) months. Re-lets are excluded from this Offer, except where they fall within a qualifying initial let period as defined by Foxtons.
Is strictly contingent upon Foxtons being instructed on a sole lettings rights basis. In the event that the property is marketed or let through any other agent during the Offer period, such action shall constitute a breach of these terms. Upon such breach, Foxtons’ standard fees shall become immediately due and payable in accordance with Foxtons’ prevailing Terms and Conditions, and no Avios shall be awarded in connection with the Offer.
The “Sales Sole Agency” Offer:
Is strictly contingent upon Foxtons being granted sole sales rights in respect of the property. In the event that the property is marketed or sold through any other agent or to a purchaser introduced by you during the Offer period, such action shall constitute a breach of these terms. Upon such breach, Foxtons’ standard fees shall become immediately due and payable in accordance with Foxtons’ prevailing Terms and Conditions, and no Avios or bonus shall be awarded in connection with the Offer.
Is a time-limited promotion and shall only be available to properties instructed through one of the participating Foxtons branches during the period 15 December 2025 to 31 January 2026. The duration and availability of the Offer shall be determined solely at Foxtons’ discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
For the offers detailed in clauses 10 and 11, validated Avios awards will be awarded in equal monthly instalments over a twelve-month period from the date the deal is done (‘the qualifying date’). Instalments will continue provided the tenant remains in occupation at the property or the Property Management agreement remains active for twelve months from the qualifying date.
For the offers detailed in clauses 10 and 11, where the tenant leaves before the end of the twelve-month period, no further Avios will be awarded after the tenant has left. This means fewer Avios than shown in the table above may be awarded as Avios awards will be awarded in equal monthly instalments over a twelve-month period from the qualifying date. Avios may continue to be earned for the unused portion of the 12-month period if the landlord instruct Foxtons to re-let the property and the property remains managed by Foxtons in connection with the offer described in Clause 10, or if the landlord re-instructs Foxtons under sole agency terms as outlined in Clause 11 and Foxtons successfully lets the property to a new tenant.
Validated Avios awards for the “Sales Sole Agency” Offer is contingent on successful exchange of contracts and will be awarded upon exchange of contracts and payment of all fees due to Foxtons. It may take up to three months for the Avios awards to be awarded to the Eligible Participant’s linked British Airways Club account.
Validated Avios awards are strictly contingent upon the full and timely settlement of all fees and commissions due to Foxtons. In the event that such payments are not received in accordance with Foxtons’ terms and conditions, Foxtons reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or decline the issuance of any Avios, irrespective of any other conditions that may have been met.
Only one Offer may be applied per transaction. Offers cannot be combined, used in conjunction with other promotions, or redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise. If multiple Offers are qualified for, the first Offer for which the property qualifies will apply.
Foxtons reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to award Avios points independently of the Offers referenced herein. This discretion includes, without limitation, determining the applicable Avios earn rate. Any such awards shall be governed by the general Terms and Conditions set forth in this document, except for the provisions expressly contained in Clauses 9 through 14, which shall not apply to Avios awards made under this clause. Foxtons shall not be obligated to provide prior notice or justification for the exercise of this discretion.

By taking part in this Offer, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL, British Airways and Foxtons or their agents or subcontractors for the sole purpose of administering this Offer. AGL reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, neither British Airways, AGL and/or Foxtons (or any of their agents or distributors) shall, in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant, accept any liability to and Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Offer whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not We (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Offer shall be subject to correction without any liability on the British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and Foxtons.
