    There are large areas of industrial land in North West London owing to the excellent road network here, which includes the M1 that links the North Circular and the M25.

    As space in London comes at a premium, developers are interested in these areas for building residential housing, like those around Wembley Stadium and Beaufort Park in Colindale, which is exemplary of the luxury blocks popping up in the region.

    However, in places like Harrow and Barnet, period properties and the 1930s homes synonymous with North London are as popular as ever with families, as these properties often guarantee parking and outside space compared to those closer to central London.

    As a buyer, you should certainly consider North West London because of its value for money.
