Formed in 2021, Rus is a four-piece band blending elements of alternative jazz, neo-soul, and hip-hop. Inspired by London’s rich and diverse soundworlds, their genre-bending sound is built on improvisation and the chemistry of close friendship - combining driving basslines, syncopated guitars, and deep, dynamic grooves. They will be releasing their debut EP early next year. Opening the night is Pop/Soul singer songwriter Jomodo Dragon. Headline set will be followed by an open jam for any musicians to get involved and jump on stage - so remember to bring your instruments!
