Breath, Body & Creative Reflection with Burnt Orange Theatre and Amelia Glydon Join us for fortnightly sessions of mindful movement, meditation, creative writing and reflection. A chance to connect, reset and re-centre with other like minded creatives. Rooted in our love for movement, connection and low stakes playful expression; these sessions will create a brand new space unlike anything weve done before! Burnt Orange are so excited to be teaming up with Amelia Glydon for 7 sessions from February to May 2026. Each week will focus on awakening and reconnecting with your inner energy centres (Chakras). Through gentle meditation, sound bath and movement, well create space in the body and mind before moving into a creative practice of writing, reflection and release, allowing anything you may be holding onto or struggling to express, to gentle come to the surface. Our intention is to create time and space just for you. Time to get creative from a personal, inward place. Time to focus on something thats sitting at the forefront of your mind, or simply to arrive as you are and see what unfolds. This is about slowing down, listening inward, and bringing a sense of mindfulness into your week. Takea moment every other week to move, reflect, write and simply notice what arises can help gently release what no longer serves us. This course is open to everyone all ages, minds and bodies are welcome. Youre invited to take everything at your own pace. Whether you want to sit and write quietly, move freely, or simply be held within a creative community for the evening, you belong here. Yoga mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mat and a notebook if you wish. Maybe youre auditioning for drama school and want breathing techniques to help you relax and focus. Maybe youre a creative experiencing writers block or feeling disconnected from your flow. Maybe youre feeling stuck for ideas, low in energy, or curious about what might come up by stepping into a new space and environment. Wherever youre at youre welcome. Please book into each session youd like to attend. We use a deposit system, and the deposit will be refunded to you on attendance. Please note that as places are very limited, if you fail to attend without notice it will impact your ability to book a place on future sessions. A full refund will be available if your place is cancelled within 48 hours of the session, if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, we will be unable to process a refund. Amelias background is in theatre, with over 10 years of experience running workshops and directing, alongside her journey into yoga teaching. This course brings those worlds together, using mindful, spiritual practices to support reflection and release, while never losing the warmth, playfulness and smile that theatre, performance and creativity brings.
