Join us for an evening of performance exploring themes of obsession, longing, and the pressure to fit in. Through a mix of songs from both well-known and lesser-known musicals, alongside powerful self-written monologues, our young performers share honest and thought-provoking work. This piece looks at how young peoples voices are often overlooked, and the impact of social expectations on identity, belonging, and self-expression. The performance is informal, raw, and led by the voices of the group. Content warning: This performance includes references to death, dying, and violence. Age restriction: 11+

RollaDome’s Heston Skate Club offers a structured 12-week roller skating programme where young people can learn to skate, build confidence and develop new skills in a fun and supportive environment. The club is suitable for children and young people aged 4–16, including complete beginners as well as more confident skaters. Each session is led by experienced RollaDome coaches and designed to help participants progress through skating levels while enjoying music, movement and teamwork. Participants will learn: - skating skills and balance - stopping and turning techniques - roller dance and rhythm skating - skating games and teamwork - progression through skating levels The programme helps children develop balance, coordination and confidence while enjoying active play with friends. Sessions take place once per week and each session lasts 1 hour. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Jog bottoms, leggings, or shorts Socks are required No jeans, skirts, dresses, ties, or school uniforms. Please also bring a drink to stay hydrated. Roller skates and safety equipment can be provided if required, so children can take part even if they have never skated before. Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration. Important Notice SEND & Additional Needs If your child has SEND, is autistic, or has learning difficulties, please complete our additional form so we can arrange appropriate 1-to-1 support. Important Booking Information Our clubs operate as structured 12-week programmes, meaning sessions are booked as a full term rather than weekly drop-ins. This allows participants to build confidence, develop skills and progress through the programme safely. Places are limited to 12 participants per session and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions often fill quickly, so early booking is recommended. After booking, you will receive an invitation to join TeamApp, our main communication platform. All updates, session information, and important documents will be shared there. Membership and Pricing The true cost of delivering a RollaDome skating session is £17 per participant per hour. Thanks to funding support from partners such as Sport England, we are able to reduce the cost for members and offer subsidised places for families who need support. Some free or subsidised places may also be available each term, depending on available funding.

Dave Kelly is a true legend of British Blues, having been a leading light on the scene since becoming lead singer and guitarist with the John Dummer Blues Band in the late 1960's. Dave has worked with many of his heroes, including John Lee Hooker, Son House and Howlin' Wolf, Buddy Guy, Junior Wells, Freddie King, Lowell Fulson, The Allman Brothers Band, Bill Payne, James Burton and Albert Lee. Probably one of the most auspicious pedigrees of any British Blues artist. In 1979, he was a founding member of The Blues Band with Tom McGuinness, Paul Jones and Hughie Flint, and the band released more than 20 albums. Dave continues to work with his own Dave Kelly Band when time permits. Also for about the past 25 years he and Paul Jones have toured as an acoustic duo. He does similar tours with Scottish soul queen Maggie Bell. Now in his 70's, Dave shows now sign of slowing down nor any intention of retiring. He says: Why should I retire I get paid for my hobby! Dave's latest album, The Sun on My Face, was released in November 2023.
