The overseas tenant was soon to begin a language course at a London university and was looking for a cosy and convenient property for their stay. So not only did the exchange take just one day, the apartment was ready from the moment the student first opened the door.

More unusual than our regular lettings properties, this house has been let for two weeks for a prominent industry event taking place in London. Wanting to bring their family from overseas during the two-week event, plenty of space was high on their list of priorities. This five bedroom Wimbledon house was just the type of property they were looking for. Large bedrooms, an immaculate kitchen and excellent outdoor space for children to play in meant that they were all happy with the rental property. The experienced landlord was delighted to rent the property for two weeks, as the house was already in perfect condition for the family to move in following a previous let.

An architect's dream in Stoke Newington
It's not every day that we let an award-winning architect's property. But this is exactly what happened with this Stoke Newington residence. The landlord, who has also designed buildings for the BBC, was looking to rent his three bedroom flat that he had designed himself. The successful tenant was relocating from overseas for a new work position and, with limited time for viewings, needed to find somewhere she felt immediately at home. This apartment was exactly what she was looking for and she agreed to take the property on the day of viewing, with the tenancy starting one week later.
