I love that you're in london and yet you have so much open outdoor space in the local area. So many transport link options you're never caught short. The flat is so quiet, this is something you can never really know until you move in but for 7 years I've never had issues with neighbours nor outside environment. The view, sunsets and New Year's Eve are amazing reasons to enjoy the balcony. Plus you can see the Thames which is always a bonus.
