I was the first person to buy an apartment in the block in 2006 buying the second floor flat 3 which was a recommendation of the builder, better views and a better layout. It's been a pleasure to live at Station Creasent, as you only have 9 apartments, 4 on each side, plus the penthouse, you don't hear or see them, super private. Great views of Canary Wharf especially in winter, there are also two great Indian restaurants and a great convenience store, it's only a 10-minute walk to the main supermarket, shops, also to the standard which has a great pub, and restaurants. Personally, this apartment is a hidden gem in a great part of Blackheath.
