Within 10 minutes' walk you have railway stations, several great schools, two fantastic parks, Lewisham town centre and of course Ladywell itself, which has a real village feel. We have enjoyed transforming our house into a comfortable four-bedroom home with plenty of natural light. The garden is long and not overlooked, and we even have 'morning' and 'evening' patios to make the most of the sunshine, so there is plenty of entertaining space both inside and out, with tri-fold doors in the kitchen to bring the two spaces together. Marsala Road has great community spirit, with many young families and an active and welcoming WhatsApp group. This year we had our first street party, which we hope will become an annual event, and December will see the return of the Marsala Advent Windows, a wonderful addition to the street scene.
