This offer applies to any property not currently let by Foxtons, and also applies only to properties instructed on a long-let basis (tenancies over six months long).
In order to activate this offer you must sign our Lettings Terms and Conditions of Business, Fees and Expenses by close of business 30th November 2018.
The offer applies to newly instructed properties only and excluded (at the date we are instructed) the following:
Properties already on the market for lettings with Foxtons
Properties in respect of which an existing tenancy is currently in place
Renewals or continuations of an existing tenancy
Short let instructions
The discount will be applied to your initial invoice, issued once contracts for a tenancy have been exchanged with a Tenant introduced by Foxtons. Please note this discount is not transferrable to our sales services. All our other Lettings Terms and Conditions of Business Fees and Expenses remain unaffected.
