Consistently rated on Trip Advisor as one of the best restaurants in Twickenham and always full.

Armstrong's Family Butchers

Armstrong's are first class in every way. Excellent flavour to all the meats, there's a good selection of cheeses and cooked hams, and the lamb shanks are enormous!

Le Salon Privè

A charming French restaurant serving a lovely steak!

St Margarets Fair

Held once a year, it's a great day out for all the family - live bands, face painting and traditional games.

There are some delicious coffees and cakes on offer in this popular, relaxing café.

Marble Hill House

This beautiful 18th century Georgian house is set in stunning parkland close to the Thames. You can go on a guided tour of the house for a fee or just enjoy the park for free.

Ches's Trattoria

During the day this place functions as a greasy spoon café usually full of builders, but in the evening it turns into an amazing, authentic, family run Italian restaurant. The food is to die for and because they don't have an alcohol licence, its BYOB!

Alexander Pope

A great pub for a big get-together near the River Thames.

Ruben's Bakehouse

Enjoy artisan breads and amazing pizzas in this fantastic local bakery.

The Crown

Gorgeous gastro pub near Marble Hill Park - great for Sunday roasts but book ahead!

"St Margarets has a pretty village feel within walking distance of Richmond and the River Thames. There is a strong community with street parties and fairs and lots of great cafes and restaurants.
