A message from the current owner

The thing we love most about our home? The space! It's huge. A close second is it's position, overlooking a four acre park (which we don't have to mow)! The terrace, which overlooks the park, gets the late afternoon and evening sun so is particularly wonderful in the summer! The apartment, and the vibrant community of which it is a part, suited us brilliantly when it was just the two of us and for the past 8 years it's been equally wonderful as a growing family. We'll miss our home and neighbours of some 17 years greatly but new adventures and careers beckon in another part of the country and we hope that whoever buys our home will love it and enjoy as much as we do.
