The property is close to shops and restaurants on Ewell Road 2 minutes walk away. The rail station at Surbiton offers very fast connection to London Waterloo typically 20 minutes but less if catching the direct service. The station and Surbiton high street are 10 minutes walk through a pleasant leafy Oakhill area. KIngston city centre is a 5-10 minute car or bus journey dependent on the traffic and time of day. The Kingston bus service is on Ewell Road again 2 minutes walk away. The location is served with Super-Fast fibre broadband for working from home and one of the bedrooms could make a good sized office. As an alternative the 4G data network signal is also good.
